Capacity, or simply barrel with a floating (pneumatic) cover, can be used for storage and fermentation of a domestic wine from white and red grades of grapes, and also fruit and berry wines.

For fans of house moonshine capacity with a floating cover can be used for home brew fermentation. The special respiratory valve installed on a cover gives the chance not to use an old-fashioned way with a rubber glove, its design will allow to pit excessive pressure and to completely prevent oxygen hit.

The floating cover has simple names proceeding from the fact that she lays down on "mirror" of the liquid which is in capacity at any filling of this capacity. Contact with external environment is completely excluded. The tight chamber which is pumped up by means of the pump going in a set completely pressurizes the top part of capacity.
