Awan Dzoraget's hotel

This hotel located in 160 kilometers to the North from Yerevan - a middle point of the main road between the capitals of Armenia and Georgia. In spite of the fact that it was constructed in 2004, Awan Dzoraget's hotel is created on similarity of the Armenian medieval church thanks to what gives unforgettable feeling of the concerning romanticism of those times. The exterior is made of basalt, and the hotel is penetrated by distinguished spirit of the Armenian culture literally in everything: beginning from the sculpture of the Taurus located in the yard which is decorated with images of plots of the Armenian national fairy tales, to decorating walls and arch apertures of manuscripts of ancient Armenian writing.

Awan Dzoraget's hotel is located on the river bank Debed which runs among the hills covered with the woods and rocky slopes of the Caucasus Mountains. Guests have an opportunity to admire colourful landscapes, to visit nearby villages and monuments of culture, to fish and when just there is a wish to relax, in each room of hotel it is possible to hear murmur of the Debed River which will become excellent accompaniment to widely known Armenian hospitality.

Awan Dzoraget's restaurant can offer besides unique kitchen also service of laundzh-bar. Guests can have supper as well as in magnificently issued internal room, and on an open terrace overlooking the river. Special ethnic Armenian and Georgian cuisine only adds feeling of monumentalism, authenticity, and traditional dishes give unforgettable taste.
